May have been caught by speed camera a few nights ago...

people easily forget just how much information they leave lieing about the internet

Even if we lock up our social networking stuff, its so easy to find a real name posted on a forum somewhere years ago or whatever.

All it takes is the little bread crumbs, an email address here, a name there, a city somewhere else

All themselves not specifically identifying somebody, but when pieced together. Look at how much information they found out about DiamondMark when they went digging.

what info? I missed that?

THere was a page full of it all, including various links etc.. that lasted for around a week before a mod spotted it and removed it all.

Discussing it now will just get deleted as well. Best off asking at a meet or finding somebody on MSN or whatever to get the full story.

Really hate people that overtake a long line of traffic, it's stupidly dangerious and surprised there isn't something against it in the highway code (from my quick moment of searching).

And ha! to Tony!

Odd,

I recall being actively encouraged to overtake 6 cars during my advanced driver training by a ex-police driving instructor teaching roadcraft & making progress.

Like i said, info that was posted may not be the truth!! Does anyone really post the truth about themselves on the net? If they do then they are mad!! lol

The amount you have posted on various forums all asking the same type of questions. If its all bull then your a major Troll.

I have stopped short of posting a Google street view link of your house.

Yeah, or it might be the truth and you're bluffing and hoping people will stop digging now that you've realised there might actually be a bit more out there than you realised.

Quite

If there is a line of traffic all sat behind a tractor at 20mph in a 60

There is absolutely no reason why shouldn't overtake the lot of them providing you have sufficient visibility and the power to do so.

There are risks, such as somebody in that line not checking their blind spot and pulling out in front of you, or somebody pulling out of a side road in a rush to beat that tractor, but as long as you aware of it and expecting this, you can be ready for if it does happen.

I hate people who bunch up in a queue when they are't going to overtake, and there IS stuff in the highway code about that.

;)

But I've also been behind a car doing around the speed limit, but still holding up cars, you know how old people are, they do the limit but it just seems slower? Where some car has zoomed past over taking.
