Nope the 4S doesnt really offer anything over the 4 as it is other than being quicker so ill hold out for the 5 tbh...theres nothing really groundbreaking about the 4S in all honesty...its just Apple doing what they do best and getting away with it whereas other manufacturers get slated pretty bad for regurgitating the same handsets but with slightly better specs.

I was considering doing that, but I'd have an hour before my first lecture from when the store opens to get it, so that isn't going to happen if theres a big que.

im so Glad there is so many "No's"

As this phone is a waste as its the same as the Iphone4 with an better camera and a A10 processor which isnt even needed as the apps run perfectly fine on the Iphone4 anyway and Apps are not demanding for processor power.

I won't but i saw around 15-20 people with fold up chairs and tents outside the apple store at around 2pmish today.

I'd hazard a guess that the majority of the people that have said no are still looking to obtain a 4S by other means. I voted no, but have had it preordered online since last Friday.

The camera (in particular), processor, and storage will be a nice upgrade for me.

Are we expecting queues for this version? I'm now without phone after selling mine tonight so was thinking about going into town about mid day tomorrow.... can I expect to be greeted by campers who have been there since 6am?

No it's toasty :) Apple employee's are dead on, the boss dude came out and said if we need anything give him a shout. lethal!

I queued when it was hip in November 2007 for the original iPhone release. It was the Regent Street store, the security guy said I could jump the queue and told me to go sit in a cafe across the way (because it was freezing) and when its time, to come find him and *boom* he let me join the guys who had queued for a few days, they did not like that. *smug*

If I'm to get a 4S it won't be for a few weeks yet, just hope the shipping time doesn't slip to 2-3 weeks or more!
