Roccat KAVE 5.1 + Sound CARD NO ASUS PLEASE.

Hey guys, so I have problems with this sound card, and for me it doesn't work properly, it loses the sound sometimes it does things very weird and annoying CLICKS...

I have been working the last two days even I've change my PC I SWEAR xD

I Had my amd 955 3.8OC, ma790gpt and I thought I'm gonna buy a new I7, then I bought it, and I have the same problem...

The first sound card was the XONAR DG 5.1 and it has that problem then I changed it, for the XONAR D2... The same problem and then I bought my new I7 and the same problem...

Please would you recommend me another sound card...

You can get OEM versions of the top cards on your list for considerably less. If it's gaming performance you want though you should consider the Titanium £65 this week only.

Strange how you have issues with the Asus Xonars though as they are generally seen to provide less issues than the Creative but everyone is different I suppose.

Been using a Xonar DX for a year now and it's been faultless and a much better experience than the Creative card I had before with drivers and Windows 7 compatibility.
 
I was using the xfi gamer pro with mine up till a couple of weeks. Worked really well for me but i now use the onboard from my new gigabyte x68 board as it has in built dolby that sounds great.

I tried the xonar dg and it was really bad. Think your right to steer away from them.

I have many problems and the worst is that I've change MB and CPU and MEM, unbelievable I would not do that if I had not problems...

SO I want to buy one today but I don't know which one, xDD

I told me the Titanium... and these one?

Because now I've to exchange in the shop in which I bought it...

Mate what he is saying is the that i got upmixed channels every now and again, sometimes I'm watvhinh a movie and the sound of one of the speaker dissapear...

Now I'm in macdonald's as soon as I arrive home I'll do it...

If this works I'll be so grateful with you altough I'm already...

Mate you know why I was in macdonald's because I went to the shop to exchange it.. (IT WAS CLOSE THANKS GOOD)

Mate I've put the drivers that you told me...

AT THE MOMENT IT'S WORKING GREAT...

No problem mate, I had a lot of trouble in Battlefield bad company 2 and only these drivers fixed it, had no trouble since then:)

Any ideas why they are not working for me.

You got the latest v1.41 did you?

If so unistall everything to do with your sound card(restart and what not) and right click and run as admin works best for me.

I didn't delete the old drivers I just install the new no official drivers and it works...

If you got a proble to with the digital signature, you'll have to download something that right now I forgot what it was and then once desactivate tgat you will van install it...

Besides try to download them again...

I let you know tnight what is that...
