who has ever been to a "Caramel Shop", do they mean a "sweet shop", I can't believe there is any shop in the world that sells only caramels.

It would seem weird to make up a type of shop for an advert. You don't see Fanta adverts with 'I went into my favourite orange flavour carbonated beverage shop'

I've been in fancy "sweet" shops (on the continent) that sell confectionery and cakes. You will find caramel/toffee items in them but I doubt very much whether one so specialised would exist.

Having said that I bet someone will say they've seen in one in Switzerland.

I can vaguely recall there being a Caramel Shop that used to be next door to the shop that only sold Lemons and Limes in my old Home Town, no wonder I have such bitter-sweet memories of the place.

I'd love to by a Camel from a Camel shop, I'd also like to be a "Llama Farmer" but that's something completely different!! (I want to have business cards made up with Llama Farmer on them)

sounds like its just like the "ye olde toffee" shops you get. some good ones in york where you can watch them make a massive snake of toffee

Really? I lived in York for 11 years (and have visited it countless times since), and never noticed one
