Are they wallet friendly? I might be something handy for the boot over the next few months if we actually do get any snow.

K model only plays blu-ray films in hd over hdmi, not component any more. Some cosmetic changes as well. Buttons aren't backlit anymore, no wifi light and the playstation symbol by disc drive is silk screened on rather than an emblem.
