2012 BMW 3 Series

You can imagine how much meaner the M Sport version will look, in fact I'm going to try Photoshopping something up!

The front side profile looks very awkward and strange. In fact i don't like the front of it from any angle. I tink the current 3 series is a much better looking car.

BUT, that 328i sounds awesome in terms of economy,co2 emissions and power!

I really need to get off my backside and work harder.... I cant keep driving this fiesta when quality cars like this are out there... :D

Loving the interior, which, unsurprisingly is almost identical to the new 1 (meh) and 5 series (love).

The front i'm not too keen on - it looks like it droops far too quickly. From the side angle it seems identical to the E90 LCI from the front wheel arch back. And the boot looks very, very similar to the E90 LCI too.

From these pics, if i had a E90 LCI i wouldn't be too gutted at all as it looks very similar (from the side and rear) to the new one. My favourite for the new line of BMW's is still well and truly the F10 though.

Ahhh wtf is that steering wheel peterattheboro?!

^That looks good though. Colour combo is perfect too!

And a mockup of M-Sport I quickly did:

Now THAT is more like it :D

I can't find a head on rear picture else I'd do that too but the front alone is enough :p

You have no taste!

Why would my insurance be interesting? I have 5+years NCB.

BMW are top of the tree now when it comes to interior design and build quality out of the big three German marques. Audi did have the edge but their styling isn't as appealing and doesn't seemed to have moved on as much as BMW's, and I'm not keen on Merc's direction at all with all the angular features.

BMW's styling has moved on....but their quality of materials inside has moved back. Light weight hollow feeling plastics these days instead of the weighty feeling ones of previous generations, stuff like thinner viros, silver plastic door pulls instead of actual metal chrome ones etc.

Audi remains high in this regard with Merc in 2nd place.

This is their standard range cars of course, C, 3, 5, A4 etc.

Even in the F10?
