Huge audio or bulldozer

Please for the love of god listen to those who know what they're talking about.

And for what its worth I'm currently running my car speaks off a 2 channel Onxy amp.

3" earthquake speakers in the front and 6x4s in the rear, sound quality is on par with a mates using the same speakers with a JBL amp.

Every thread from this genius ends up this way.

Zzzac: "Hey, I'm thinking of this really stupid plan that will fail and cost more money than necessary, any advice?"

OcUK Community: "It's not a good plan, <insert better plan> it will cost less and not cause misery."

Zzzac: "Nah, got a better deal from some guy on a street corner, broken but I'll make about 10 grand from it. I'm a sound and electronics engineer and also a top salesman, been in the industry since I came out the womb."

OcUK Community: "Sigh"

I actually want this plan to go ahead and fail on a MASSIVE scale, just so I can point and laugh. :D

lol, I can't actually believe he's still here :p

on a side note, emlyn, I think I got you as a recommended friend on facebook for some reason :p

You have obvious... talents with electrical items. Your NB running massively hot has nothing to do with you taking the heatsink off and replacing it upside down (the orientation is wholly unimportant). Of course not

I have an Asus AM3 board with a very similar, unmolested, northbridge heatsink and you know what, it's a 28c right now

, well i have switched it back and am running it with ic diamond, how would it make a difference

getting it sometime this week, also ordered my psu a wd green 1tb hdd a new cpu reteniton bracket (current one snapped) and some more thermal paste

how did you manage to snap the retention bracket? were you trying to see how much force you could put on your cpu cooler?

He thought he could make a better design using some milk bottle tops and some of that white glue you use in primary school.

actualy no.. i ran out of paste, so i heatshileded my heatsink and fan when re flowing the board instead of removing them... turns out i didn't do a very good job, and the bit the holds the clip melted a fair bit, then i was messing about with it to try fix it and it snapped... but what matters is the face my new one will be red :D... :L

My point wasn't that you put the heatsink on upside down, merely the fact you did ANYTHING to it

Those darn motherboards aren't what they used to be, breaking every time you change CPU cooler... wait

Think maybe woodwork is more you perhaps?
