The Dell monitors in this offer were never sold with any Dell warranty.

OcUK bought them cheap without any Dell warranty so the only warranty is with OcUK.

Do you know if that is the case with the Samsung 950D's they sold?

I have all the warranty card etc, but if they never came with warranty in the first place thats obviously useless.
 
As far as I know the Samsung monitors were originally sold factory fresh new with the full Samsung warranty.

They're presumably B Grade as customer returns.
 
Yes i do believe these are customer returns as mine has items missing from it (as do others who had posted on here after buying).

Thats good to know that it still has original warranty. 3 years from fresh, so i'll say just over 2 years left or something to be safe.

Before I purchased I spoke with customer services at OCUK and they said it would have a remaining Dell warranty and I should phone them to check how long it had left.

So is this not true, have I been misled?

Also the jitter on the righthand side screen is back, its not very usuable with it wibbley wobbleying all over the place.

Ok. I will log a ticket with the webnote system to send it back to you to get it fixed.

Shame other than this jittering/wobbleying it is a real stunner!
