Im sure Squire can still play the guitar.
John squire hasn't touched a guitar in years. He's into his painting now. Lives in the Peak District Like a right miserable person.
Hope it doesn't happen ever.
He played a solo set a few months ago at one of our local pubs
I remember you mentioning that, did you catch it?
Probably Sally Cinnamon or Fools Gold. I like them all, but I started listening to them at that point. Lived out in Germany and was 17/18 at the time... listening to the roses, out on the town drinking german beer. Good timeswhats your favourite track?
I was gigging myself but my mates went.
I never asked how it went or if he even turned up.
Ive never understood why The Second Coming at the time got slated by some fans and the media?
Its a superb album,Squire is superb to listen to.
Even now the album is still not rated as it should.
Well that's **** on the next couple of questions I had![]()
What were they, I'll email my mate?
Text update:
Dimple - Did you go to see Jon Squire in Newcastle when you said you was going?
Kev - No was on holiday so couldn't go
Dimple - Do you know if he actually turned up?
Kev - It wasn't Jon Squire it was The Seahorses vocalist, I've forgot his name
Dimple - Chris Helme
Kev - Yeah that's him
So perhaps it's correct Squire hasn't played for years.
