It's a simple code, sort of like the enigma code.

Space raiders were introduced in the 1970s and Jurassic Park [Tyrannosaur] in 1993 (23 years difference).

You divide this by 5 due to the number of lines in the OP and round up to get 5.

Move each letter along by 5 and then use the 7,2,6,0,0,4,6,8,2,5,8,0,2,5,6, letter in the remaining sentence (numbers taken from the first line of his sig) -

And then this spells out "Luke I am ur father".
