[robably going to get a 1090p 3dtv to replace my old 720 TV at the weekend.

Currently use a very modest HTPC for everything at the moment.

specs:

AMD X2 4600
2GB DDR2 Ram
Nvidia 210 gfx card
Happauge nova TV card.

Running WMC for Live TV and XBMC for movies

Basically the HTPC is used 100% of the time

just a few questions first of all. As the display is capabale of 3D do i need to buy anything on the HTPC side if i wanted to watch a 3d movies or any sort of 3d stuff (youtube 3d ect ect)

Secondly is it possible to get a freeview HD pci card yet? I looked a few months back but thet were mega expensive. Would like to have Freeview HD for the HTPC soon, the 3D TV will have a HD freeview tuner built in so i guess ill switch to that when there is something that i want to watch in HD.

Thanks

All you will need to do is make sure that your 210 has the latest drivers: R260.50 or higher. The only issue is that the graphics card only supports the HDMI 1.3a spec. meaning that 3D play back will be done via the CPU:
Geforce 210 - 3D Blu ray [2]

[2] Blu-ray 3D playback is enabled on CPU playback only on these GPUs.
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/3d-vision-requirements-uk.html (GeForce Graphics Cards)

So you may want to replace it as your x2 4600 may struggle with it. The HD6000 range all have HDMI 1.4a support. And a few of them are silent: HD6400 series and Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6570

Never played with freeview cards so can't help with that one.

Freeview HD TV-tuners are still very expensive. Have a look at the BlackGold High Definition PCI-e Card, Dual DVB-T/T2, Dual Digital DVB-C. Still over £100.:(
