**FIFA 12 Ultimate Team League (360)**

What do people think about using the same rules as last time? That tournament went very well.


Rules of The Tournament:

-Individual player ratings can be a maximum rating of 83.

-2 players can be rated upto 86.

- Team sheets will consist of 11 starting players and 7 subs.

-No stat boosting cards are to be used.

-The league stage of the tounament consists of 1 home game, 1 away game. Use the play a friend feature of UT to set this up.

-In the League stage games will be played until the end of normal time, no ET or pens will be played and a draw will be recorded in the table.

-Top 4 teams go through to knockout playoffs (randomly drawn fixtures).

-1 Leg played for knockout rounds.

-In the knockout stage if after 90 mins the game is tied ET and pens will be played until a winner is found.

-Final home/away advantage to be drawn at random.

I think the rules are fine, only issue could be lack of coins for some people this early on, perhaps a limit of 81 (2 84 players) could be used instead, could then go to 83/86 for the next league.
 
Most of that sounds good to me, I don't think I'll have to change my team at all.

I'm just confused about the need for the top four knockout playoffs, usually with a league the best player wins it, but with knockout playoffs you could have the person that finishes fourth winning it, just seems a bit unfair.

Tempted to agree here, once I had got enough points to qualify for the knockouts last year I stopped sweating it out - might be better to just stick with the league?
 
Works for me, wasn't mad keen on it last time, but if the general consencus is to go for it, then so be it.

Although 83/86 is fine, 81/84 is really just punishing people who could be bothered to trade/spend money on packs....imho!

IF players aren't all amazing though, one of the two IF players I've had is IF Ramires who is 40k, NIF Hernanes is 8k (DMC) and is 84 rated, Ramires is 81, most of the time people have them to be 'different', they don't mean you'll be facing a harder opposition. Even an IF Aguero who is about 1m on here is the same rating as a 100k Ibrahomvic (88).

I don't mind about the play-offs, not sure why we had them last time tbh, just an extra bit of fun in the end and Anksy won it anyway.
 
Sticking with 83/86 then? Gives me an excuse to buy a few packs this evening..(that and the new TOTW)
