I'm quite literally flabergasted at how POOR it is.

The EA chat dude actually disconnected from chat. Someone also hung up on me when I phoned earlier.

Just cancelled pre-order with Game and went with the Amazon specact ltd edition. Just reading some posts here & that iffy email from Game the other day swung it for me. Paid for first class post which claims the game will be here on the 28. Better be - I'm off for a few days on mid-term break. Kids'll be playing find the Smarties in my overgrown front garden while I get a few hours in

You do realise even if you buy a retail copy of BF3 on DVD it just loads the content into Origin to save you downloading it don't you ?

You'll need that Origin Account in order to play (unless you intend on creating another one)

Fact is origin is here to stay and at this rate so is browser launching. DVD been leaked for days and still uncrackable. Although that may change tomorrow after preload but I can't see it and even then probably SP only

Haters can hate but this is clearly the way things will go. With even steam games cracked recently I expect them to follow suit shortly

Will I be able to play this on an i5 2500k/GTX 460 combo? I can play BC2 perfectly on almost ultra settings with good FPS, so this should be fine right?
