HalLoween

Going as a zombie convit this year, spending this weekend making wounds and sorting out the little bits on the costume like a knife through the shoulder and slit throat etc.

Will post pics soon as I start to get somewhere :)

Halo-ween? So you're going as Master Chief then?

If I go anywhere it with either be as either Cactus Jack (because it's easy), Jason Voorhees (my usual choice), or a zombie (again, because it's easy)

I've been keeping my eye on the Predator costumes on eBay but I just can't afford £300+ for something I use once a year.....although I imagine going to Tesco could be made more entertaining

I'm having a kids halloween party tomorrow for my son's friends...

Going as dracula and the wife as a witch.

Looking for inspirational party games for 6 year olds....

Nope and nope, i still dont see the point in Halloween, unless its to purposely annoy Catholicism.

(which i guess i could agree with for the lulz)

The history of Halloween is so obscured these days, origins go back to old Irish times, many years before Catholicism arrived. Its never been about annoying the Catholics.
Halloween has just picked up many 'trends' through the changing ages. At the end of the day its not about worshipping demons or any of that crap, its just a festival or celebration.
So its been commercialised with trick or treating and costumes but at the end of the day its fun.

Don't see the point? so kids can get free sweets and get fat

Or so teenagers can scare old ladies

Or so teenagers can get drunk

Or so anyone can get drunk

Or so you can get revenge on that certain person who sits behind you in English.....yes, you know who you are......I shall have my revenge this year

I didn't even know halloween had anything to do with religion, wasn't it about burning witches? the salem witch trails.

Apparently, it's supposed to be the one day of the year when the devil walks the earth and when the gap between the living and the dead is at its closest....if you believe that stuff
