Oh. Fair enough. I do it whenever I get a chance. I'm playing to score goals and win, the goal is all that matters. Besides, I can't trust anyone else not to do that.

I'll do it against randoms and in competitive tournaments, but not against friends or fun tournaments - they are the least satisfying goals ever!

But when you're as bad at the game as I am then it's probably the only thing that gives you a chance.
 
I don't even see the problem with it, it happens in real life all the time, if you're letting your opponents run down the flank with nobody marking them and nobody in the middle to intercept the pass then you probably deserve a goal scored against you for crap defending. :p
 
Have they fixed the custom tactics issue yet?
Realised that when playing 4231 the CF doesn't play in the middle but right next to the left CAM which is annoying. I saved the custom tactic only to remember there was a problem with this. If not, how do I delete the custom tactic?

It glitches even when using the standard tactics. I had 4-2-3-1 with my German side and Podolski the CF kept showing up right next to the LAM on the formation screen as well as on the screen at end of the game and during play. Also in 5-2-1-2 you have to play the strikers on the opposite side to which you want them. I have Pato on the left and Forlan on the right but during play it permanently swaps them round so Pato is always on the right and Forlan always the left.

Any ideas how to delete a custom tactic? I saved one and don't want to risk a having my DNF reset from it freezing. Also I can't get into UT, it crashed on me. :o
 
Bahl... why oh why did ea not fix the bug on pro ranked match where sometimes a timer doesn't appear on the position select screen. fuuu. some kid who doesn't get to be st won't pick a position and the game sits there everyone else ready..until the kid goes or someone else gets bored leaves and th and takes the leaves position.
 
quite new to this ultimate tourny thing

have built a decent russian league side with bags of pace

currentley doing an italian one and a premiership one but dont have much money

my dilemma is i spunked my remaining ms points on the 3 big jumbo packs ,yeah mad i know but .......

in those 3 packs i got david villa,sammy nasri and wesley snieder and nilmar

do i sell all 3 to give me some fundage for a decent 3 squads or do i build around them
 
I'd sell, especially if they're not in your formation. As Kill said, you could probably buy them again at a later point for cheaper than you sold them.
