It is in abundance but people aren't allowed to build in new areas, artificially restricting the supply.

It's pretty widely known that diseased killed off a large section of native Americans, but disease carried by Europeans. Along with massacre and war. There's not putting a nice spin on going to someone's land, infecting them with no care for what happened to them and then claiming it as your own. Not to mention, the countless repression we shown African natives when we (British) committed mass genocide in Africa, stole their resources and possessions.

There's no nice way of say that slavery created America's wealth because and the fact that the only reason it has the growth it has today is because of the forced labour and oppression of black people.

It's very funny, when you see people like you arguing through the back teeth to defend something and say ridiculous things to prove a point.

Not for a very long time, probably hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands of years. We're at below 10% urbanisation. If took the whole of the human races history to get below 10%, i think we can last a little longer.
