Best Cheap Android

My wife want's a cheap (<£150) Android phone that not to big, what best to look at currently.

Sony Xperia Mini is available for under £150 sim free from CPW. A fully featured Android phone, Qualcomm MSM8255 SOC so fully supports Flash content, very good 3in screen, responsive, Android 2.3.4. is coming this month and also ICS is due to be released for the phone as well. The white version is the one to get.

He wanted a smaller phone for his wife, The Xperia Play is great value for money and powerful, but small it isn't.

The only bad thing about the Xperia mini is the resolution (320x480)

The screen resolution does me you have to scroll web pages, not a real problems for me on mine, I think the higher res screens mean text is smaller.
The Xperia Ray might be worth considering, but it will be substantially more.

Sorry when i said small i meant less that 4 inch screen. I had a look at xperia Mini specs look good but slightly worried that the screen would be too small.

Bought A HTC Wildfire S for around £130 great little phone has all the Apps I need with android, Much better then my old Nokia N8 which was double the price!!

Yes, Mini is touch screen only, Mini Pro is Touchscreen + sliding hardware keyboard.
