Hi guys wandering if any one can help me.

I moved into a new flat last week and got virgin media broadband all set up. There are no aerial sockets just another coax cable for TV. is there an adaptor I can use to connect this to the TV?

thanks

Majority of areas have had the analogue side switched off, so it'll be of no use to you. Saying that, the converter connector you need is a male F-connector to RF female (search QQ71N in Google, first link).

There isn't an RF freeview signal on the VM network, if that's what you're suggesting.
You wouldn't try pluging in the cable from a Sky dish would you.

EDIT. Pretty sure VM will be happy to give you a decoder box that can give you a HDMI out though. Freeview package is free with a phone line.

yes you can get the bits you need from mapplins or B&Q, have alook out side and see where the cable goes, make sure there is an aerial first :)
