Not sure why they equate the amount in her blood to the drink drive limit...as she wasn't driving. I suppose it gives people a reference point, though a pretty meaningless one.

What was more relevant was in describing other levels..

250mg - falling over drunk

350mg - potentially fatal levels.

So at 416mg, she was definately on one.

In the real world, what is that? Like a bottle of whiskey or something?

How many pints of Stella would it take to get to 416? for example? For your average 12 stone fella. Considering she was tiny framed, for her it probably would be the same, cos of her tollerance levels, would be equal, from all that previous experience.
 
416mg of ethanol equates to about 53 small shots of spirit or 1.75 75cl bottle of spirit, if my maths is right. Pretty good going.

I don't know how much alcohol is actually absorbed into your blood though, your liver can break it down and you wee a lot of it out. I didn't take that into account with ma sumz.

I remember hearing somewhere that ****ing gets rid of a lot of alcohol on a night out.
 
When i was in greece many many yrs back on an eighteen thirty equiv, I done a tequila slammer or two that were entirely full to the brim of a long glass all in one hit, + a fair few beers to stop the shivers and wash down the nasty taste.. 1/2hr later it was as if I was looking through a kaleidoscope. I was seeing more than double ! I often wonder how close I came to alcohol poisoining that day. Woke up next day and was back at it mind.

How many people actually die each yr.. The young and foolish eh.
 
She died drinking on her own do you think or with friends? If she had company then we'd have a story, What's funny is how a lot of celebs die from prescription drugs and not speedballs.

If she arrubtedly stopped benzo/alcohol intake and was dependant then wd's would follow to some people it can be fatal (people @ sezuire risk) chances are though if she went into wd or anything, I doubt she'd drop dead like that she'd probs just drink again
