Not sure why they equate the amount in her blood to the drink drive limit...as she wasn't driving. I suppose it gives people a reference point, though a pretty meaningless one.
What was more relevant was in describing other levels..
250mg - falling over drunk
350mg - potentially fatal levels.
So at 416mg, she was definately on one.
