Managed to have 2 full conquest games....yep..its pretty much everything I wanted..not even played a level with Jetys of copters yet!
 
One of the big games Ive not bothered with, though slightly regretting it now!

Just bored of the constant barrage of 'modern and realistic' FPSes this generation. No doubt Ill pick it up eventually when I see all my FL playing it, though Ill wait til MW3 and see which one becomes the MP main-stay...

noticed one bug (ps3) sometimes when you press select, it only seems to show you one person on the opposite team.

Apart from that, loving it thus far. Although I can't wait till I can get optics on some weapons.
 
All my mates have received it this morning, all have pre ordered it from game, same as me, still no show for my copy. :(

The only thing that gets my goat is two of my mates pre ordered it in May like me, my other mate pre ordered his two weeks ago from Game and he has it today WHAT THE HELL LIKE!!!! :mad:
 
Had mine back this morning (360), just had a quick blast of the SP, not bad so far.

Will try the multi player out over the weekend when I have a bit more time.
 
I can't seem to get into a game, sometimes it will start to load and then say you have lost connection to the session, and other times when i search it'll say joining server then bf3 failed to join a game please check your internet connection. Any idea why? :/

Edit: seems to be the quick match option. In a game now from the server browser.

had a few ps3 games and think it's superb gameplay wise, the only issue i have is the input lag on the controller!
seems to be a fair amount of people with the same killzone2esque problem.
 
looking at global leader boards. How is there someone with rank 44, score of 1,747,280 and play time of 1d3h36m.

How is that possible ?

I have also in last 2 hours had a few 'You have lost connection to the session' errors/kicks :(

Prob a daft question (didnt play much of the beta), but can you get a flashlight on this game? I seem to get owned in those dark corridors on some maps....

Always turn the brightness up a few notches more, not sure if this game has a brightness config screen.
 
Thought so.


Yeah, tried the brightness only problem is when you turn it up and forget to turn it down when on a bright desert map it kinda blinds you. haha

The sound is this game is amazing, during the Uprising level (which is bloody unforgiving) the sound of crying babies in the nearby demolished buildings is really unnerving

Fantastic SP campaign so far :)
