Sick and tierd of smokers near children's play areas.

It makes me laugh what people worry about; especially when the same people happily strap their precious babies into one-and-a-half tonnes of metal and glass, several times a day, and then drive them at speed in excess of 50MPH, often while texting their friends, brushing their hair or applying their make-up.

These trips probably include those made to the play area and back too.
 
Why is there a "Hate smokers" thread in overclockers every week? I personally don't care, I feel sorry for them but I don't hate them.

I don't even think about cancer, just the fact it gives them yellow teeth, dull skin, bad nails, bad hair, bad smell, etc, is bad enough to feel sorry for them.
 
Because smokers love to stand by the entrance... why not actually say something to them instead of being a goober and posting about it on a forum?
 
I hate non smokers moaning about smokers. It was there fault we have to stand outisde regardless of weather for a smoke, then they moan during hot weather that we are too close to them while outside. Or they moan that we are too near an entrance, well if that is where the ashtray is, then that is where I will stand.

I don't agree with smoking around children though, I tend to try and keep my cigarette away from them, but if someone comes up and stands near to where I am standing while I am smoking, then tough luck on them, they can stand elsewhere.
 
Every time I ask a smoker to move away from the entrance to a shop or restaurant, I am met with a glare and usually also a comment about their personal rights. They are than asked whether I have my own personal rights not to breathe in their particular brand of poison. It sinks in slowly.

This TBH

I gave up just over a year ago, as it was what I wanted to do. However if people want to smoke let them.

My girlfriends sister was a massive supporter of the smoking ban, she hated it in pubs. I pointed out to her she goes into pubs maybe twice a year, if that!! Smokes have gone outside for you moaning people, leave them alone to have a smoke FFS!

It did always made me laugh when fat people had a go at me for smoking...!

smokers are selfish ****s they are never considerate about who they are smoking near or blowing smoke onto, really grinds my gears, luckily karma will get them with the lung/throat cancer, now who's laughing ****s
 
love it how EVERY smoker is selfish; when i'm smoking in a public place, i'd consider myself considerate enough to not blow it over people, and if i see someone, say at a pub beer garden is getting my smoke floating towards them, i move so it doesn't.
