Will you expect a refund?

You paid €56 for some macaroons? You got them sent in the post? Is it me or has the world gone crazy? Why didn't you just go to a Paul or something?

But yes, I'd ask for a refund if they turned up like that.

Some cursory research reveals that High Tea at the Ritz for one is, in fact, cheaper than said box of manky overrated-yet-currently-fashionable French biscuits.

Money well spent then.

If you were expecting a nice fresh pasty but then discovered it'd already been smashed to smithereens, you'd reject it. I suggest you do the same with these!

Macaroons? More like Lolcaroons!!!!!

Yeh I'd ask for a refund. That pic really makes me want one. I don't even...? What do they taste of? They look like little hamburgers with E numbers.

Yes, I would expect the retailer to refund me (and they would probably then claim off the courier).

I would then go into Waitrose and buy Macaroons from them instead.
