only thing peeing me off is that i cant remap any keys!

Q is still spot even tho i changed it to V, how do i go changing that?

I've found that if you map spot to anything except Q then it doesn't work.

On another note, can't decide whether to have zoom optics or thermal optics for my tank, both are pretty useful :<

Is it just me, or does this game have the same annoying 'feature' that COD has had for a while now, in that when you aim and fire on full auto, the sights stay roughly where you point them, but if you fire in burst, they jump all over the place, completely the opposite of what it's meant to do :/

Still can't get used to flying with the heli's. Anyone got any tips? I usually end up commiting suicide.....

Try not to tilt it over to the side too much at first. Use the A/D keys to turn until you get the hang of it. Just focus on keeping it level until you feel less retarded :p

Had a go in the tank yesterday (Forgot to remap keys for it, so was like wtf why aint I moving!?). Also, I learnt not to hide on top of a building as it came tumbling down under me :(

All mine is set up now did a quick go on campaign this morning, It looks stunning! I have marked TFU/OCUK server in my favs ready for some mp tonight so hope to see some of you there my BF3 name will be MaZZaB since its tied to Origin ID

WTF
What a massive PITA this game is.

I installed it yesterday, activated this morning. Tried to play but it took me to Battlelog, so tried to find a server through here, tried to play on a server, but AVIRA anti-virsus ****ing about and I clicked something, disabled it and tried to play again, now it's saying 'Ready to install' in origin, so I click that, does some twirling around and nothing happening, says ready to install again. What a waste of time.

LMAO so now what do I do? It won't install nor do I have the option of re-installing. What a fail origin is.

Experience so far is that 32 v 32 is a bit too spammy for my tastes - anybody else agree? Theres engineers absolute everywhere with RPG rounds flying around more than bullets.

Its a great looking game though, and can imagine it'll be great fun when you get some serious team play going on.

Had a play late last night...I was fairly appalling despite playing some BF2 a few nights last week and doing ok.

However it looks and sounds great (apart from the mini-map being as much use a chocolate teapot), and seeing as I've got all weekend to play it I hope i'll improve somewhat!
