Brief system spec:
- i7-2600k @ 4.6Ghz
- 2 x ASUS HD6950 in Crossfire (flashed to 6970 and both running at 925/1425)
- 8GB RAM
- Dell 30" (2560x1600 native res)
I'm playing Battlefield 3 and enjoying it immensely, but it's just a fraction away from being a perfect experience. I'm playing in 2560x1600 with AUTO graphics settings which seems to set most things to high with the top option on ULTRA. I'm using the 11.10 preview drivers with the CAP3 application profiles that are supposed to boost XFire performance in BF3.
Not in front of PC but pretty sure auto settings had AA OFF but post-processing AA on.
Is there an easy way of benchmarking BF3 to work out my min/max and average FPS? Any ideas of how I can increase my FPS? I'd love to be able to play it on ULTRA across the board.
Crossfire 6990s or SLI 590s? Trifire 6950?
Thanks in advance!
