Some people are having problems, but not all. My retail copy was easy to install and i have has no problem getting on to servers, which is a relief as like you, i was dreading today was going to be a massive headache!

I have been reading a lot about bad hit reg still and lag online.
 
Pre-ordered on Origin.

Physical Warfare pack (No email received)
Play4Free items (No idea how I will get it )
Back 2 Karkand Pack (I understand this will be released after few weeks time)

On top of this not been charged for the game so far.

No idea what is happening tbh lol :confused::p
 
Had a quick go at MP and first part of the Campaign. Ground textures were all whitewashed at first so I updated to the latest GTX460 driver and now its fine. Looks amazing, like playing a film. Can't quite put all display settings to Ultra, but almost. Suffers a bit of FPS drop on Ultra. Had to turn the mouse sensitivity all the way down as well, and turned off motion blur which was irritating.

I'm crud at multiplayer but somehow managed 3 kills from sprinting then diving behind bushes then empty a mag in the general direction of the baddies.

Anyone know if this works with xbox 360 controller?
 
Goldy, yea it does. Apparently using the controller is the best way to fly also.

It's a good game, just hard getting good at it! I thought I'd be as good as I am in BC2 but I'm not! :o

Must admit i find myself leaving the server and having a break when that map comes on, i seem to like the ones others don't like and just dislike that one :p

EDIT: not a big fan of the canal either really, will play it but it's far from brilliant

It will take time getting used to maps environment, gameplay mechanics, vehicles etc.

In few months time game will become much much more enjoyable as you become more efficient at it ;)

Currently my K/D ratio isn't very good as I am just concentrating on learning jets, weapons, movement etc. But then again I am looking at the bigger picture of enjoying this game as a true battlefield experience rather than concentrate on just K/D ratio ;):)
 
Issue: Running Eyefinity, no friendly or foe tags show up. Anyone else got / fixed this issue?

(running normal 1920 x 1200 they show up fine)

I really enjoy tehran highway :S Tense urban warfare.

It seems to be hit or miss, some servers it works others it doesnt. Ive had the tags disappear on standard 1920 as well so its not just multi monitor its affecting.
