Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a new mouse as my Razer Copperhead keeps double clicking with a single click and is getting on a bit to be honest.

Could any of you recommend a mouse with 2 side buttons and a mouse wheel? Ideally of similar size to the Copperhead, I prefer small ones!

Thanks a lot chaps! :)

Crikey, I think I'd need to be feeling flush to get the first option, let alone the 2nd!

Are there any of similar quality but cheaper for a 'claw grip' mouse? Sorry i should've specified a price range. I'd probably go £35 tops.

Cheers

There is also the Steelseries Kinzu, which is basically a XAI, without the fancy screen on the bottom and it is optical. Very good gaming mouse all the same. Cannot get it here unfortunately, but have seen it delivered for £22 which is a bargain.

Mmmm, again that mouse doesn't have 2 side buttons :(

I've done a bit of poking around and seems there isn't 'that' much choice, unless I go for a massive mouse.

How about the Logitech Optical Gaming Mouse G400? Anyone had one of these? :)

I've got one en-route and have been using it's predecessor the MX518 for 6 years and it's been a good mouse for me and I've only replaced it because of a wiring fault, which I have now fixed.

It's a fairly large mouse though.

I ended up putting my faith into Razer once more with the hopes that maybe, just maybe, the stupid double click thing won't happen... :(

DeathAdder is in my paws now, and it's pretty good. Looks nicer than the Copperhead :)

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions!

Deathadder is WAY better than the copperhead. Nice choice mate, people under-rate the Deathadder.

Mmmm, yeah it's not as comfortable to hold in my opinion, the DeathAdders side buttons are a bit too high for my liking, and the actual mouse isn't completely flat, it rocks a bit sometimes when you press a button...

I'm sure I'll get used to it. The copperhead was a perfect fit though!

Once you get used to the fit it's way better. I've used all the top mouses. I don't use the side buttons so I prefer them higher up so that I can grip the bottom of the mouse :D. Mines flat.
