Reasonable PC for £700?

Is it possible to come up with a complete general purpose home PC system for £700 max?
Needs to include everything from the mouse upwards, would prefer a 22" monitor, 2.1 speakers and an Intel cpu won't be overclocking it, don't need a blueray drive just a standard DVDRW and Windows 7 64 bit :)

Yes perfectly possible, would you like to be able to do a bit of gaming on the PC?
