What happened to all the building destruction? It was so awesome in BC2 how you could blow off the side of a building with a grenade launcher and kill the guys inside. There is none of that here, and I thought this was supposed to be an improved engine.

Switched to using xbox controller and much easier although I still find it bit difficult, helis not so much but definately the jets! Can't kill bugger all with them and I have no flares so get shot down well quick

Just started playing with the 360 controller yesterday and found it really weird to begin with too. Had a couple of matches where i got to spend the whole time in jets earlier and it's gettin a bit easier. Definately much easier to get away from tailing jets but still a bit iffy for when i'm on their tail trying to keep them in my sights.

You can shoot the sides out of buildings.

Eh? The destruction is a lot better than in BC2. Not sure why you're not seeing it but it's there.

What are you talking about? I've blown off the sides of loads of buildings in multiplayer.

It does seem to feature very limited destruction, on bfbc2 you could destroy everything from signs to houses.

I would say the destruction is not as involved in game play compared to BC2, if you were to remove the destruction from bf3 and bc2 it would have more effect on bc2 than bf3.

Finally had an uninterrupted blast at BF3 with no crashes

love being the medic or what ever it is called now. One thing, I feel like I'm a great medic

and usually am at the top, however no one else is and they all suck at it lol Medic's should hang back revive people, dish out their med-packs and get the occasional kill.
Another thing, I think people really under estimate how much of a team game BF is, the amount of times I spawn at a base and see others drive off on their own, even though you are running towards them! It's just common sense, to wait, load up, then move in as a team.
Oh well, still all good fun (once it is working)

Get in a game, start well, get some kills, disconnected. Why the **** has it suddenly started going this when I have 7 hours of game time with no issues!! I really just wanted to chill out with some BF3 before work tomorrow, proper ****ed off.
