Thanks for the heads up thundycat.

I think I might just stick to the preview 2's and cap3 though as BF3 is flying for me, zero stutters and solid fps with everything on ultra @1080p.:D

It's a bit silly adding 'Improves performance in Battlefield 3 Open Beta release' into the driver features though.

I know the driver was made for the beta, just saying.

Might need to know this also..

Even though this is just a WHQL version of the 11.10v3 preview drivers I'm going to wipe and move onto these and cross my fingers it somehow at least reduces the stutter I get in BF3.

And speaking from 11.10v3 rage works fine, it auto-disables crossfire however. Had no issues loading textures, I might actually get around to playing this now!

I just installed this and crashed, system locked up and gave me the good old BSOD.

Tried to install again and all went fine, how unusual..

"Reduces object / animation flickering and texture corruption encountered when playing Rage"

Ha-Ha!... these completely break RAGE textures for me, with flickering all over the place, yet I have wonderful performance and visuals with the preview2 drivers, so I now have these, with the p2 openGL dll in RAGE's directory.

No change in BF3, which runs and looks great... as it did before, so an underwhelming release for me.

I'v never experienced a bsod when installing new gpu drivers.

Perhaps its a bad idea to install new drivers, if the gpu is overclocked?

Revert to stock then install drivers...?

Dunno never done it.
