RAGE BETTER WITH OLDER DRIVERS

HI All,

Just done a full install today etc and with the latest ATI driver rage is crap,

Card is 6950 Toxic with the switch enabled so it runs at 6970 speeds,

uninstalled 11.10 and installed 11.6a Hotfix and rage runs fine,

Does anyone know why this is??

They might have broken something with the latest 11.10 drivers - have you also got CAP4 installed? They're like a compliment to the drivers that improve performance with select games even further. Give them a try, they might make 11.10 much better again.

Nope not got CAP4 installed which one below is best?
