I had a policy mature today and made sure all paperwork was in ontime two weeks ago. Im not in need of the money although i would like to know how long before its in my bank account. Shall i leave it a few days or get on the blower to them ?

They'll tell you it takes 3-4 working days to hit your account.

I see they didnt mention it on any letter, its annoyed me since ive paid it monthly since i was 16 all ontime never late. When my parents had it before i was 16 they never missed a payment and it was all on time.

Does it say it takes a few days in your account info?

if you give me the account number sort code and pin i can check it for you.

Hilarious

In all honesty if you call they will probably say the payment has been approved and will be with you in a few days. Pretty standard procedure.

This. Why do people post threads when the answer should be blatantly obvious?

Because ive got the answer here and im going to leave it a few days. Why would i want to sit on hold for half a hour when i can just ask here and someone will have probably had a similar experience.

I sort of accept that, but to be fair you don't know you'd be on hold for 30 mins until you call. Still, hope you get it sorted.

Next thread - 'I have a cash card, how do I use the machine?'.

You joke but couple of weeks ago I put the card in the machine and suddenly had no clue what my pin number was. This is the same pin number I had used for 11 years, at least 4 or 5 times a week.

I was going to post on GD what to do next, but I thought "hey maybe the bank will have a better idea, will ring them" ;)

I would recommend that rather than contact the people in the know you should post on a computer forum, may get the right information quicker.
