Never, I enjoy gaming too much.

I could happily downgrade though and live off Indie titles.

The AAA releases nowadays are mostly over-hyped and basically, a little ****.

i did think about it years ago before steam really matured, but for me, steam has saved PC gaming in so many ways. from the chance its given for indies to get seen to the sales it has where most of my games come from.
hopefully itll just get better in the future if other companies pop up and compete with steam

I don't like game consoles, a tele is for watching tele, a pc is for everything else. I'm old fashioned like that.

A console is also way too small with too few connections, I learnt this the hard way after sending my original Xbox out the window, which was closed at the time.

Also as a strategy game fan you're practically limited to nil on a console.

pretty much no point upgrading either...
still running
x6 1055t
4gb memory
GTX460 1gb (probably the only thing i need to upgrade anytime during the next year)
played every single player game on max settings pretty much including bf3 (have to go down to high for mp mind)

it makes me laugh the amount of people who say they are uprading for XXXX game when theres just no point unless your running multiple monitors or above 1920 res

I've still not played the games I bought in the last Steam sale. I always was lured by the shiny consoles but when I got one, Sega, Wii, PS3 I quickly got bored with just playing the games and came back to the PC. PS3 i ended up watching blu ray's more than playing games so I sold it for a profit and bought a blu ray player!

Stopped upgrading my PC a while back, not much worth the extra grunt in my eyes. I can live with a few jaggies to save a hundred quid here and there. There will always be games on the horizon that interest me though and when an upgrade is needed (and i mean, literally NEEDED, not wanted) I'll do it.

Yeah I sold My PC and now I read the PC Games forum purely on my phone to cure boredom.

No.... why would we all be on this forum if we had?

Stupid question.

I always build a high end rig regardless of gaming or not. What's the point to spend 500-700 in PC world when you can build something decent yourself.

The only reason I'm going to play a console any time soon is because of Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword...console gaming just doesn't do it for me at all!

I've come close a few times, but there's always been an exclusive or online fps that brings me back. Having said that, i've come much closer to giving up PC gaming than console gaming.

The thought of never PC gaming again cannot enter my head and to anyone who even conceives the thought cannot call themselves a true PC gamer, we are a master race after all.

nah, I wouldnt swap my PC for anything, I think that I would give up on gaming if there was no PC games around...

I like the fact that PC development is not licensed like console dev companies need...
