call of duty elite

I like the look of Hardened but I can't justify spending that much on one game. Pre-ordered the standard version and I'll just pay for the extra maps when it starts getting a pain in the ass not having them.

Then wish you'd saved money and got the Hardened addition :p

I thought it was for 'hardened' only too. That's what it appears to be when you read up on it.

Nope, not going by the brief I've been given by Acti. Also to answer the above question, they aren't holding any of the traditional experience back if you don't have premium, you just benefit from the extras if you do :)

How many map packs do you think will be released? Was there 3 for Black Ops? Not counting the zombie stuff, if they're around £10 for each map pack and there are 3 map packs then £30 is better for me over the course of the year than spunking out £70+ for a special edition. :p

Not sure, I think there was 4?

I got Hardened for £57 so I was a winner either way :D

your correct there was 4 but the last one had already been been available since release day (minus moon) for people who bought the most expensive version of black ops.

each map pack is roughly £12 is it not, 4 x £12 = £48

i got hardened edition for £65, so 65-48 = £17 for the game

I never buy all the map packs anyway, Hardened just isn't worth it for me, I couldn't care less about the other features of 'Elite'. I've only ever bought one special edition in the Call of Duty franchise and that was the collectors edition of Modern Warfare which came in a nice box, with a DVD and some artwork, it cost the same as the regular game though.

if you know someone with the hardened edition, get their login details and save them on your console, login every month, just to download the map packs then logout again.

personally i may even make a new account, then sell the details to my bro's friends at school, up to 4 other consoles can be activated on ps3.

i could probably end up getting the hardened edition for free

or when your buying a map pack, sell it on to other people, so you end up getting the map pack for free.

if you know someone with the hardened edition, get their login details an...........another corker of a ridiculous post.

Now I'm not even sure if I'm on OCUK, so your suggesting committing a fraudulent act. It's one thing giving it away but selling it on, bet you offer MW2 Lobbies the same way on the PS3.

You are telling him to get someones login details and get content they haven't paid for free.

I wish you would get banned from these forums, honestly you do not bring anything to the community. All you do is post up things which are annoying.
