Last year for black ops they shipped them on Saturday and most people that ordered with free delivery got them on Monday. So its unlikely that you will get it on the weekend.

They tell you that it's been shipped to stop you cancelling at the last minute.

I have the game pre ordered on both formats, can I stay? :D

Managed to pre order a hardened edition this morning, with my £12.50 of points got it for £67.** so was happy with that... Only has cost me £107 for this on PC and Console -.-

i feel the same way, the COD engine has always been good ever since the original.

same with counter strike source, no game has matched their engine in terms of gameplay.

i have tried many FPS games but they always end up disappointing.

timesplitters was immense, i wish they had continued the series.

Never used Simplygames.com before so I'd say game... Although last 2 pre orders have been terrible, deus ex was 1-3 days late and another game didn't even get dispatched lol.

If HE isn't here by release night (I'm going to the midnight thing at the local supermarket anyway) will just grab a copy and sell it on MM once it arrives.
 
I wasn't gonna get this until I'd seen feedback from it, but I gave in and am looking forward to it more than I thought I would. It definitely has more of a COD4-esque look to it, such as the menus, and the maps seem to have that kind of look too. Hopefully it'll have the best of MW1 and MW2. :)
 
Bah, wasn't going to pre-order but caved. Handy as I have part of next week off, so can play this for a bit before Skyrim turns up, which I can play for a bit before Assassins Creed turns up.
