I wonder what the chances are of the game being finished at launch lots of new features and too many cooks?

I've asked how many tokens are in the game Spec Ops, Campaign, Mupltiplayer, but no answer once again. Will be glad when it's out, getting tired of the lack of information and the accuracy of what does come out.
