TBH i didnt like black ops that much at release (well multiplayer) but after aload of patches i quite like it and the only real problem i have with the game sometimes is the hit detection .
 
Blops is the best one since MW imo, its what a multiplayer game should be, simple, it has a great "feeling" to it.
I'm seriously concerned that I'm not going to like MW3, not being a fan of MW2. Its a pain being unemployed, difficult enough to afford it anyway, if I hate it, I'm going to be gutted!
 
Yeah I loved BLOPS, a few months ago when I was playing it most I wasn't wanting MW3 to come out knowing everyone would switch to that. I hope MW3 is good though.

It will be fine again as long as you play as a team the experience on any call of duty game is infinitely better than playing alone.
 
Just about set with 5k to go for my MW token. I look forward to getting on the MW3 maps something I could never say about Black Ops. I made a concept section of a Paris map for RTCW so I'm looking forward to Resistance even though it only contains a small amount of what I tried to do on the fringes. When I looked it up it's the same editor GTKRadiant, but updated and no longer public.

I got the same for BF3, but still received it a day before release after only one working day.

Shopto has dispatched my copy. Should hopefully get it tomorrow.

After not enjoying this last night i've been playing today and i'm really liking it. I think it's better than Blops.
The maps are really good. Only one I don't like so far is Resistance.
Constant air support is a pain though. Doesn't help that nobody seems bothered about shooting things down either :mad:
Encountered my first IMS earlier. Heard a weird noise,didn't know what the chuff it was and then I was dead. The explosion has a huge range on it!
Booby trapped air drops are pointless as you can tell quickly that it isn't a care package :rolleyes:
I've only really been playing Kill Confirmed. As it doesn't say how many people are online i've no idea how many are playing what modes. Kill Confirmed is great fun. Annoying as chuff when you're just about to collect a dog tag and you get killed!
I wouldn't say it's the most balanced COD yet. Any game that allows a team to have an attack chopper and AC-130 in the air at the same time isn't balanced IMO.
 
Blops when it came together (hit detection ok, not being shot around corners, not being napalmed in the middle of a building) was good gun on gun fun. Sadly though, it didn't come together often (on the PS3 anyway).

I'm finding the AC-130 pretty pants in this, not going no where near as many kills plus most of the time people are inside.

The reason i might not be liking it much is because i'm only playing with randoms and none of them are english!
 
i was watching a vid last night and the guy was saying most of the players that are online now playing are all decent players and hardcore cod fans,makes sense to be honest if they managed to get the game that early.I think i got most of my high killstreaks was within first week of mw2 when all the cannon fodder was on.
 
Just had my best Kill Confirmed match yet, ended up 49-7. I am getting a little tired of being shot round corners though :(
