Enjoying BF3 now I've finally gotten my issues out of the way. A few questions though, just been playing some conquest, whats up with the spawning? 6 times in a single round I spawned and instantly got shot in the back by someone stood behind me? a bug, flaw with the game or cheaters? I did notice a fair few people getting booted for 'aimbot' and 'gamehack'.
Secondly I was laid prone capturing a point, no-one around me then all of a sudden my player dies and it pops up "sorry" and shows my own dogtags? Didn't show anyone had killed me, or that I had killed my self...strange.

Getting loads of disconnections today 
I know, but the SOFLAM is still out in the open (has to be to get targets) and it still massively gives itself away. That's actually one other gripe I have about the SOFLAM, I wish it didn't automatically dump you in the SOFLAM view screen when you deploy it, the first thing you have to do is back out of that screen, hide, and then go into it again.

Bring back commander rose and spawn on squad leader only (or his beecon) and I think it would be pretty spot on. Its good (ive played 60hrs already), immersive, and graphics are ace.

I brought this game on release but wit the issues your having here I wasnt two shure, anyways it is groing on me now so their!

In an English university? That is rather odd.
I do not have BF3 so I cannot comment on the OP.
Spawn on SL only is in the game, but it's a server option and most seem to have it set to off.

Mine got stuck on loading the map, which is new for me. Apart from that, im enjoying playing Conquest mode. Was able to fly a jet without crashing in to anything too! Which is also new
just won 16 straight games of Team DM. going up 3 ranks to 26
WOW - very impressive!
I'm not one for lenghty reviews but I'd give it a 7/10. I don't like the ludicrous amount of unlocks, there is bugger all opportunities for teamplay of any kind, jets/choppers are ruined, levels are too small and the graphics rely extremely heavily on bloom to look decent.
Shooting mechanics are decent, but then not as good as CoDs (sorry but it's true). It's chased CoD so blatently in so many ways and not really pulled it off. It's got very little lasting attractiveness to me right now, I'm already bored of it.
