Check everyones score on this server. :) Everyone reset and nothing they can do about it.
Got my refund and out of this.
 
I can't believe the bugs i just saw on TFU 64player CQ server:eek:

I was underneath the map for half of it and then it just appears that i was killed by someone, then i vault over a fence and die and it says i have committed suicide! I was actually shooting people in the head at point blank and they just turned round and killed me and had about 80% health!
 
Really starting to like this now, Rank 20 (almost) and have got the bullet drop pretty much sussed out now. This is vital to work out, takes time but when you work it out, you start owning.
 
When Battlefield 3 works properly it is very very good, but unfortunately far too often annoying things happen that really ruin the game for me, so here's my rant, I don't really expect anyone here to agree with me but I bought the game so at least I'm entitled to a rant :)

A couple of things I really hate about BF3 :-

1. The lag. no matter how good the server that I am playing on is or how good my ping is sometimes I just hit a brick wall, and lag hits hard, I climbed a ladder 3 times just now and each time the game warped me back to the bottom and even round the corner from it once, It seems to happen to everyone at some point but never everyone on the same server (rules out server problems) I hope they get this patched

2. Unlocks. I have played probably around 90% of the decent modern FPS multiplayer games and none have ever felt as unfair starting off as BF3 does, Starting with 1 assault rifle or shotgun as assault? Really? I rarely use shotguns and the assault rifle doesn't suit my play style at all but I'm stuck with it for the first couple of hours at least,

3. Unusual recoil. I know people will go crazy about how it's super realistic and everything but it is stupid, I have played BFBC2, CS and DOD quite regularly all which aim for realistic recoil and none of them act anything like the guns on BF3, it drives me crazy, I can fire a few good controlled bursts towards an enemy with that terrible assault rifle then he turns round and pops a couple of pistol shots at me and down I go, wtf?

4. People can shoot around corners. I was on one of the city maps, and there were corridors and shops/houses with a river in the middle, I got hit once so ran into a doorway where I was completely in cover but i got hit twice more, When it panned to the guy after that he was lying on the floor round the corner, there is no way he could have hit me

5, No kill cams. I know this is personal preference so I'm not going to moan about this, but I would like the option

My god it was a rogue server you joined that reset your stats ?

Jesus thats ***ing unbelievable. The server appears to have gone now though.

But its pretty sad nobody at EA can write a SQL script to rollback your scores and unlock everything you should have had unlocked. It will all be held in a database somewhere that somebody can edit.

Getting tired of this fast tbh. Constant RPG spam sessions, netcode deaths, spawnkills, unsatisfying gun damage/mechanics, laughable hitboxes etc.

That's ******* ridiculous!

I would also want a refund if that happened to me.

I unlocked "Below Radar" for the Attack Helo before and I can't find it to enable it. Is it broken at the moment or something?
 
32 players is where its at now....

Fire fights actually happen and its not just a spam fest of exploding stuff.
Less vehicles - more infantry combat.
Less bloody running up and down chasing flags.
Much less completely random miracle lag deaths.

Metro is actually good 16v16!!!!

911m near horizontal headshot now.... i dont think anything more is possible... i already couldnt see the target at some angles i had to step up and down to get it be visable and when he fired i could sometimes not even see him but just the tracer fire.... That is really unimpressive... was on Full Ultra settings too, i thought it might make LOD render much further/ higher but it did nothing. When zoming through a x12 scope it already looks completely rubbish too. textures look horrible and dont fit right it really is nasty.

love the AA gun on firestorm i rinsed so many helis with it just after a while no one of the RU team decided to fly them cause i was owning them within seconds lol!

also did a roadkill with a plane earlier one guy was on top of the building on firestorm flew really high came down at 45 angle started shooting a tank then lifted my nose flew over the building and as i saw him put my nose down and bak up again just clipping him and got the roadkill hahaahah and i survived also! was so funny on vent!
