Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Played for about an hour online (live in NZ) and so far it's just like MW2, very little has changed other than the maps and a couple of different killstreaks. Still enjoying it a lot and am sure I'll sink far too many hours into it!!

Shouldn't have bothered ordering it from Play, my brother didn't bother pre-ordering it and he has just got in with his copy with £25 PSN voucher from Tesco, total was around £50. He couldn't have been queuing up for long he only went out at 11pm. My order from Play was about £42, wondering if I should cancel and buy from Tesco.

just got back from Sainsburys about 50 people waiting!

got game for £29.00 if you spend £30 quid on food or drink, so two cases of beer and a bottle of rum, sorted! :D
 
Just got mine from Tesco (Weston-s-Mare), picked it up on Xbox for £25 ~ (deal with 2100 points).
No queues at all, they had lots of copies.

Just got back from Game about 250 (only 116ish purchasing though) people there and a battlefield live (local laser game thing) entertainment thing too also bagged 8 hours of double XP and two sets of avatar clothing for xbox and I didn't even purchase the game WIN.
 
He's obviously not coming so you should go down Tesco's/ASDA/Aldi and get your copy before they're all sold out, I would also buy 10 copies just in case some of the boxes are empty and have no disc inside.
 
my local tesco closes at 11 if it was 24 hour one would have gone at 12,it opens at 7 so i could go then.I think my asda copy will be here 2mor before 12 i hope
 
Lack of ingame stats is a disappointment. Basically same as MW2, no-where near as good as BLOPS. I used to enjoy looking at randoms stats.

Game seems good though, enjoyed all the maps so far. Fair bit of lag though.
 
Too many **** poor people.

The who point of kill confirmed is to stop camping, yet its the worst thing.

My team tend to camp and not retrieve the tags, and the other team hide in corners so they get the points.

Won 2 games and lost 7

Please hurry and get it guys so I can have a decent team :(
