Urgent: sold card, need to find out serial before sending

Hey all,

I took the serial number sticker off the card when I got it , so now I need a way to find out the serial number of the card before I post it.

The card is a MSI GTX580 twin frozr ii OC if that makes any difference.

I've been looking for software that can pull up a serial but my Google fu is weak

i would personally think that the number is only going to be a sticker on a graphics card

Don't have the original box, plus I was thinking if it was only a sticker what's stopping someone pulling theirs off and sending a duff card back saying its mine :/

mark it with a security pen.

or put a small mark on it where no one else can see it and take photo's.

Are you selling the card with any kind of warranty?
If so it's probably void if thres no serial.

UV marker for the other issue tho.
Remember to take a pic showing the UV marks before sending tho

IIRC, the serial number is in GPU-Z
but that might be the model number

Took loads of screenshots of various programs, and there was 1 smaller sticker on the back, so took some pictures of that.
