Thought making this thread was the least I could do.

My 600t fan controller broke, wrote to them about it. Turned out it's not a replaceable part, so after demonstrating that it was broken and jumping through a few other hoops they've shipped me a new case. Excellent service throughout the whole process, I don't know of any other company (maybe Logitech) who'd do that for you. It's not my first encounter with their service department - a while ago I lost a bunch of PSU cables and I wrote to them asking if I could buy a replacement set. They just asked me for my address and a couple of weeks later a package came through the post shipped from Hong Kong with all the cables I needed.

I already buy all my PSUs and RAM with them so will definitely continue that. Great company :).

Ohh nice! My fan controller on my 600t doesnt do anything unless you give it more than half. Any less than half speed(according to fan controlleR) makes no difference and between half and full theres a slight change in airflow. Is this classed as broke ? :D

Corsair also sent me a whole new case because my fan controller also died a couple of months back.

Their customer service is truly world class. On a par with Logitech.

Is there a trend amongst fellow 600T owners of fan controller failures or are we just unlucky? :(

Also my fan controller is dead aswell one minute all 4 fans working then 3 then it died :(

Thats great service - I've just picked up the 500r white, fingers crossed no problems but good to hear they treat you properly

Did they take your old case back or did they allow you to keep it? Would be even better if they let you keep the old case as you would have a spare.:D

Let me keep it. No way I would have sent it back considering how much effort I put into modding it :(.

Wow, that is cool, so you got a brand new case just for the sake of a broken fan controller and you got to keep your old case too!!! Well done Corsair then, great customer service!!!

I'm hoping I get a similar level of service. Just sent them an email relating to my 650D case... front fan has a terrible whine to it, in addition to all the fans in the case being unacceptable loud even at the lowest setting. I've also got a manufacturing imperfection in my perspex window, think I got lucky with this one!

Will report back on how I get on

my perspex window is a little blurry and not clear when you look at it head on also i seem to have the same whine on the front fan too. I might send an email off depending on how you got on.

I've got a 650D arriving today so I'll have to keep an eye on this thread if I find any faults with it.

It's a great case imo.
I am running the H100 in it and my i7 2600k temps are at 20 degrees at idle.

I have decided to send a RMA query to Corsair with regards to my problems.
I will update the thread with my outcome in due course.

just a quicky on corsair......i had the front fan break on my 600t.....got in touch and they sent me 2 new fans.....took around 2 - 3 weeks but great service from them.......thats why i like corsair i guess.......

Well I have not had a great experience so far. The fan controller on my 600T has half died. Only two of the connections seem to work and the fan controller does not appear to actually change the speed of the two fans that do work.

I started the RMA process after reading this thread hoping for a similar level of customer service. They seemed to accept the RMA without any tests or anything being done and gave me an address in the States to ship the case back to. They said they would then wait to receive the case before shipping out a new one.

I complained that having to wait two weeks to have a working case was unacceptable, I also pointed out that the cost of shipping a case to the USA was probably going to cost more than the case itself, their RMA process might work for small items like memory but for a case it seemed a bit daft.

After a little back and forth they changed the RMA shipping address to somewhere in the Netherlands and also offered a service that will ship the new case out first, as long as I give them my credit card details. After a little more complaining they have now arranged for UPS to collect the case at Corsair’s expense, so a little progress, but still, this has not been a pleasant experience so far.

The next stumbling block is that they have said that UPS will try and collect the case and to have it ready but they have not said where or when, or even how UPS will even try to arrange such a collection. Hopefully they will be able to collect from my work address, or I will need to have a day off work to wait around for UPS to collect the case, and then no doubt another day off to sign for the new case when it arrives.

Not to mention that they have asked me to pack up the case ready for collection. Great, so I just pack up my case and have no computer for an undefined period of time while I wait around for collection and then another week while I wait for the new one to arrive.

So far I am less than impressed, I do not have high hopes for the rest of the process either if the above is anything to go by.
