There is a mostly transparent 'Join' button that appears below the Leave Squad/Cancel Squad Join options.

It's nigh on invisible but it is there. While not in a Squad select the one you want to join and the button will appear. Sometimes it bugs and does not however.

That part ****es me off quite frequently. I want to get in the same squad as a mate and often have to stare at the squad screen for a while waiting for a slot in his, mine or two in another to open up. That or wait until the next match starts.

All leave and join an empty one. Obviously cannot be done when most squads have people in it but this is usually not the case unless tards have locked sqauds.

Hmm never seen the button. I'll get back on and have a proper look then, hopefully it doesn't screw me over and bug.

The squad system is a bit of a joke, in full servers you are stuck because there is exactly the right amount of squad slots to hold every player. There should be more to account for people changing squads.

At the moment I cannot join any game but I guess it is peak hour and my internet connection is showing pings of 320ms to UK servers... Should be OK again in an hour I hope.

More often than not squads are all full or have 1 free slot at most unless we join a half empty server.

Cool, nothing but server disconnects tonight. Joined three servers so far, each time it hangs at the deploy screen then I'm booted back to desktop, either disconnected from EA Online or "connection to server has timed out"

I really ****ing hate all this "you have to log in and connect to EA" browser based stuff. Just let me play the game.

Why do some people just lack the common sense to filter out of the starting area properly at the start of a rounnd? Got my tank clipped on the rear from some guy earlier... ends up spinning me around so I'm sideways on and pushes me into a position where I'm struggling to get moving again and blocking 3 other vehicles getting out. The guy doesn't even back his vehicle up, just sits there 1mm from my tank waiting for me to move.

but the rat race and people being totally retarded at the start of a round when it comes to getting out of the starting area is so utterly annoying.

i wouldnt bother buying the game again eitherwhere as in future i might have bought the dlc map packs so they should be very careful imo.

The site I bought mine from just said region free, I didn't know it was Russian until I got the key. If EA pull it I'll be after a refund from the site, I probably won't bother buying it again either.
