Looking to purchase the white version of the Coolermaster CM 690 II Lite. I Have 2 240 rads that i will fit in which cool my cpu and gpu.

My question is where have people mounted their pump and res. I have a liang ddc pump and a 250 phoybia tube res. Just wanted to see if i can fit everything in.

Thanks in advance for any help, pics would be great also.

My way...

Hi, thanks.

I've got some more photos if you want. Specs are: i7 930 @ 3.9ghz with xspc rasa block, 5870 with EK full cover, P6X58D-E mobo, Corsair TX 850 PSU, Crucial C300 128Gb SSD, 750GB Hitachi, MCP355 Pump, 2x XSPC 240RS Rads, (T-Line).

I've bought a white bay res which I'm going to install when this water's done 6 months. It's just to get the bubbles out as the T-Line is almost imposible (at least in this location).

The way I have it the pump sits on top of the PSU. So loop is:

T-Line - Pump - Top Rad - CPU block - GPU block - Bottom Rad - Pump (going past T-line junction).

The cooling performance of the case is very good. Overclocked to 4Ghz I max out at 67 degrees after 2 hours of prime in a 21 degrees room. That's with some bog standard akasa fans. (bottom rad has 3 top rad 2). I was thinking of adding gentle typhoons but I just don't see the point considering the temps.

Thanks for the info have, i also have a similar set up. rasa block on an i5 2005k @4.5, 1 240 xspc rad and 1 black ice 240 rad, 1 evga 570 with ek block and backplate. Laing ddc pump with black top, phobya 250 res (dont think i can fit it in this case though) 120gb ssd and some 1600mhz ram.

Oh and 4 gentle typhoons, i would defo recoemend them, not the best looking fans in the world but do a damn good job.

Oh - and no I sent the pannel away to Chilled PC where a chap called Tom got it CNC cut for me. No need for trim as the cut was so good. Excellent quality would recommend.

I had a case done bye the same people not too long ago, took ages and their communication isnt great but case looks fantastic.

I think the brackets for the pump and reservoir I used are made by pulse modding. The fans are yate loon fans, although not brilliant keeps my [email protected] and 6950 nice and cool.[/QUOTE]

Thanks for the pics,

Those fan brakckets could be very handy, i could then mount my res on top of the 240 rad at the bottom as its a 250 tube res, and then maybe the pump on top of the psu. would be a tight squeeze.
