Booked flight twice

I was on netflights.com and booked a flight with them last week and it said that it did not go through, so i tried again and it said the same error message. IT said that the flight was not available and the order was not sucessful. So i went and booked it through lastminute.com and then i checked my email and there was an invoice from netflights.com and they have taken money from my account :(

I have just called them up and sent an email as advised by them to a cancellation department explaining what happened. But i can't see them refunding the amount without charges or something.

Do you think that they should refund me the full amount or is it my fault for not checking my email?

No? Serious note, it will be down to their discression, no one will be able to help you bar them.
