I was on netflights.com and booked a flight with them last week and it said that it did not go through, so i tried again and it said the same error message. IT said that the flight was not available and the order was not sucessful. So i went and booked it through lastminute.com and then i checked my email and there was an invoice from netflights.com and they have taken money from my account 
I have just called them up and sent an email as advised by them to a cancellation department explaining what happened. But i can't see them refunding the amount without charges or something.
Do you think that they should refund me the full amount or is it my fault for not checking my email?
