Southern Meet(Newbury) - 13th November 2011 (aka OcUK November Pride drive)

I might come down for this, since I'm not busy tomorrow. If I do come I will be driving a Volvo tractor which I am sure everyone will be very excited about ...(/how far I have fallen ...but like the Phoenix ...I will rise again!)

I would be ruined if I tried to watch this and wake up in time for the meet. Saying that, it's not even on ESPN. I don't think I have Premier Sports on Virgin Media :(

So my car went dead the other day, very annoying. Pinned it down to the battery, so spent an hour fitting a new one yesterday as BMW hide it away in the boot area and make it hard to get to. However it reset all my auto windows and pointed my headlights at the floor, so have been tinkering to get this fixed.

Looking forward to seeing you guys tomorrow, it's been a while! I might have a couple friends coming in a rather flash looking Z3...
 
Cleaned the car today ready for tomorrow and to make it stop smelling of fish. After cleaning it lasted about two minutes before the mrs put her sticky hands all over it :(

Mine was as well the silver wheels were the same colour as the paint. gave it a quick wash and polish... happy days! Its in the garage now just in case it rains... sad I know!

I need to spend the next few hours programming my sat nav or I'll fail.

He may or may not come along. But his car is an acquired taste on this forum, but I think it's pretty flash and I'm not into lowered cars... I think it's really nice and certainly unique :cool:

I don't have a garage, just a street with loads of bushes which harbour birds which poo everywhere, constantly and they seem to eat curry :(

Thats sucks, doesn't do good for the paint either. I live on the sea front so we get plenty of seaguls and what comes out of them is nasty.

Notices today that the passenger side head light is out as well... Yet another thing to fix on it. Not sure I can be bothered to do it today either.
 
We're alowed to bring friends?!?! Ughhhhhhhh too late notice now but I could have bought my friends from the late night party chat lines! Yummymummy1961 has been dieing to meet up for awhile now.
