There were a lot of L702x laptops there. Most of them either had a 2410m, or big HDDs or Blu Ray drives, which I felt were rather pointless considering the screen sizes and the fact I already own a PS3 and a good HDTV. The Core i7s were too expensive when VAT and Delivery charges were added. Out of the bunch, I believe this one was the best bang for buck available and I actually got more than what I expected considering what was on offer about a week ago.

I will purchase a warranty extension 6 months down the line. It is doable on Outlet laptops. I asked their support and saved the script just incase I was mislead :). Watchdog n' all lol.

Opinions please.

Thanks

£1,400 for a XPS17....

Ouch!

£1,400 is MSI GT780R money.

Is this a new model? I got my XPS in April, I did look at the MSI range, but just could not get past the look of them...LED everywhere.

I got the laptop through a supplier at work, web price was £1400, did not pay anywhere near that....
