Time for some Smogsy :D good server! good crowd! lets lock and load :D

sidenote : defo more fun and enjoyment on 32 man servers compared to 64, i didnt believe others at first as i kept to the 64, but very good team work in 32 man servers and its not as much of the headless chicken tactics lol

I've played all COD/BF3 games under the same alias or similar aliases, so probably did at some point. I can't quite remember guilds from that far back though.

I use a mixture of v1bez, vibez, vibezz and v1bezz dependant on what names i can use or have been taken.

stupid cheater scored 120 kills - 0 death yesterday at Multiplay UK #1, got banned later on.
 
I've got to say, now that I've had a chance to play around with the choppers, their handling is very good once you get used to them. Coming straight out of BC2 the choppers in BF3 felt sluggish and not as agile but after some practice runs I think they are actually much better here.

I was having a play on our server when it was empty one morning :)

This game is just so awsome.

It not a pick up and play game tho. It takes practice with the weapons and the vehicles.

Which I think is a good thing.

I cant fly jets to save my life, and probably never will.
 
Couple of things that let this game down at the moment is maps and communication, other than that its a great game. I would like to see more indoor maps, I think the indoor parts of metro are great. There's a few maps that are good but a lot just don't seem right.
 
Some sweet flying Delboy. Joystick or mouse + kb?

I find flying much easier with a joystick but I cannot for the life of me aim with the bloody thing.
 
Some nice moves there, though i feel that if spotted properly your biggest problem would be a competant tanker even if you've reduced the time on target for AA threats.

Just curious but are you using a Stick/Keyboard/Mouse?
 
Flying choppers in BF3 is totally different than BC2. It is easier in the latter. But when you get the hand of them, you can make videos like that above. Caspian is the best map for tight turns, sexy maneuvers and 'rise and fire' gameplay

Been keeping up with how everyone is finding the game, and it seems like it's been well received. I played loads of BF2, and am going to get this as well I think, but just wondering whether my PC has any chance of playing it at the moment. Got an 8800gts 512mb and C2D E7200 @ 3Ghz with 4gb RAM. I realise it's not amazing, but will I be able to manage low/medium? I'm going to upgrade at some point anyway if I get back into gaming (when I was still doing it lots, my PC was high spec :(), just fancy getting into this game as soon as possible.
 
I wish my skills were like that! I have trouble getting off the ground :p My nephew just got this game too, so we been having a good laugh on the maps.. Kinda explains why my skill dropped from 284 to 64 :eek:
