Still not as good as a proper wash. Will leave a fine layer underneath unless you use a harsh TFR mix that will strip any wax or protection you have on.
Really don't think the OP is all about the wax and protection ..

I think I've posted this link like 20 times on OCUK !
I'll bet my bottom dollar that with cleaning power like that it strips wax.
They had a product from autosmart the rep had assured somebody on DW was wax safe.
Turned out its amazing cleaning potential was down to the fact it had TFRs in it and it stripped wax
Foreign person might end up being the only option. I don't mind using water- I will happily supply as many gallons as needed but just don't want to get cold wet hands.

you could do....but its like washing your face with sand paperHi All,
Being very lazy and not particularly wanting to get hands wet/dirty, I was wondering if theres something out there that I could spray on to the car and then jet wash off and leave the car reasonably clean. Would something like Muc-Off do the trick or would it be neccesary to get snowfoam or something?
Other options are the automatic car washes that seem to miss everything or 'hand car wash' places, which are a bit of a detour for me.
