Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Just noticed I could get £63 cash for my hardened edition when I only paid £65 for it (+£5-£6 Quidco cashback if i ever get it).

So I might be taking a trip into town tommorow to see if I can get away with not including the Elite subscription card :p If not £2 loss isn't so bad.

What's with everyone trying to get rid of their hardened copy's?

If you redeemed your XBL code for the Elite Membership they can have the founder card.

Anybody who redeems their member or buys a membership before the end of the month is automatically given founder.
 
was playing hcsd on outpost map before and there is a truck near one of the spawns,near where you plant the bomb on hcsd.you can glitch inside of the truck,you can shoot out but nobody can see you ,just found out after getting shot twice by some guy hiding in it.

do i still get founder just by using my elite membership code this month?

therefore can you sell the founder card on ebay then? how much is it worth?
 
And yes Oneshot I can camp just fine in MW3 otherwise I wouldn't have a 2.5 k/d and a 3.0 win/loss, my problem with it is the maps and that's not something they can patch.

Then you've also got this crap coming out of Robert Trollings mouth (more like his arse). Say's that scavenger resupplies if the enemy was carrying the same stuff, except it doesn't.

Then he strikes again, this time saying Sitrep Pro counters dead silence, which again it doesn't. Me and Kreeeee tried it out and it was completely silent, we even moved to different areas of the map to get away from the background noise and try it on different surfaces. Sitrep Pro can hardly hear people charging full speed when they aren't using dead silence never mind with it.

I'm not getting rid of it because it's a hardened edition I'm getting rid of it because the game is cack and no amount of patching is going to sort out the bad maps, crappy spawn system and crap connections. If I'm only losing £2 on the sale then no big loss to be honest :) (might even make money if the quidco comes through).

Why so they can claim it back through paypal? No thanks I'd rather have my money back cash in hand.

Also why would people pay £150 on ebay when I've seen it about for £80-£85 with some online retailers?
 
Yeah the maps are great if you love being shot in the back constantly and that is not something they can or will fix and half the problem with the spawns is bad map design.

So no I'll not give them a chance to 'fix' it because they won't and I'll get my money back while it's still worth something.
 
arkada is horrible for tdm and kill confirmed because the spawns are horrible,but domination and search and destroy the map is fine.Its the same with hard hat and dome,dome map is terrible for search you cant even get out the spawn building but for kill confirmed it keeps you on your toes and keeps you moving.I just think depends on what game type your playing on certain maps.Look at rundown on mw2 once your up top on the balcony you can just sit up there all map and rape,terminal you can sit up on the building outside and pick people off.The mw2 maps had horrible spots where you could just farm kills, or shoot noob tubes across the map,with this game you cant just sit there in one spot and farm because you will get people spawning behind you and the maps are so cluttered if you stay in one spot you will miss most of the action.

They are truly, truly, truly awful. Every single one of them. No way in hell are they better than 4, MW2 and BLOPS maps. I'd even go as far to say that they are the worst maps out of any game I've ever played.

Utter disappointment and now I look forward to Treyarch's next attempt which should hopefully wipe the floor with this terrible game.

It is the final nail in the coffin for me when CoD is concerned. I was hoping MW3 would be MW2 with all the BS cut out and some new perks, weapons, killstreaks and maps. A good majority of the bull**** has gone, but quickscoping and being shot round corners is still there and when you pair that with bad maps and a crap spawn system, it doesn't make for a very fun game.

All the talent did end up leaving for respawn, which is why the maps are crap and the single player made no sense.

Way too cramped. Fixing the spawning might make it enjoyable but I don't see how they can do that, as has already been mentioned the crap spawns are a byproduct of the terrible level design. I'll probably just stick to S&D because trying to play any other game mode is pointless unless you've got eyes in the back of your head.

Yes

Founder status is being given to everybody who signs up this month.

The card isn't going to be worth **** as all it will do is get you a founder camo and emblem.
