Have to agree about the maps, there isn't one map that is actually any good imo. I'm gona wait for them to release back to karkand, and see if they have managed to recapture the fun from the old days.

As much as i dont really like BC2 it had much better maps than BF3 does. Would be nice to have some Jungle maps, better desert maps and town/city maps that dont bore you after 5 minutes.

by the way, suppressor or not suppressor on assault guns ?

Suppressors seem better on assault guns than carbine's, but still not brilliant. Bit like if you try burst or single shot, they punish you for it.

32 hardcore mixed conquest and rush

or 64 conquest...depends how bored we are

So I have unlocked the mortar, its deployed and I'm plonking rounds into the distance.

I want to move somewhere else, how do I get off it?! Button mashing as I see the enemy coming towards me isn't so great :S

And does it stay deployed? Can I use it again later?

I bought on day of release, so they release content that has to be paid for under 2 months since release. Takes the **** i think.

You could buy the limited edition with free DLC on launch day if you wanted to.

Plenty of retailers still had stock.

I had it yesterday, I shut everything down to do with BF3 and started it up again and it was fine.
